Project Manager - Hospital Civils Package
Birmingham | Outside IR35 | £350 per day | Initial 3-Month Contract
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the civils package on a major hospital construction project in Birmingham.
Working on-site Monday to Friday, you will take responsibility for managing all aspects of the civil works package, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery throughout the project lifecycle. This is an initial 3-month contract with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate all civils activities including groundworks, RC frames, and piling
Oversee subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently
Monitor programme progress and ensure project milestones are achieved
Manage quality, health & safety, and compliance requirements
Resolve technical and operational site issues as they arise
Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders to maintain effective communication
Requirements
Proven experience as a Project Manager on construction projects
Strong background delivering groundworks, reinforced concrete (RC) frames, and piling packages
Previous hospital or healthcare construction experience is highly desirable
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced site environment

Rate: Approximately £350 per day
IR35 Status: Outside IR35
