£40,000 - £45,000 plus company car or allowance

Are you looking for permanent position working on commercial facilities management projects?
TS Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager in the facilities management sector to cover the West Yorkshire and Manchester region.
Benefits
Basic salary circa £45,000 - £45,000 per annum
Company car or car allowance (take your pick)
37.5 hour working week
3% employer and 5% employee pension contributions
20 days annual leave plus Christmas shutdown
Holiday allowance increasing by 1 day for every completed year up to 23 days
Job Role & Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Carry out site surveys on commercial buildings such as pubs and restaurants
Attend client meetings
Appoint and oversee direct labour and subcontractors.
Oversee and control labour costs.
Quality control, recording relevant information and variations
Lead on snagging and handover meetings
Health hand safety responsibility
Produce progress reports and update the Head of FM of site progress
Oversee several sites around the region, but happy to travel to the office in Nottingham as / when required

Regular client base with long term frameworks in place
Office based in Nottingham but covering the West Yorkshire and Manchester region
Long established stable business
Knowledge/Experience:
Experience working within a facilities management role
SMSTS, CSCS and First aid qualifications preferred
A hands on Project Manager and happy to spend time on site
Commercial aware and efficient with delivering projects within budget
Full UK driving license
