Here's what you'll be doing:

Plan, execute, and oversee projects to align with strategic objectives, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule.
Collaborate across departments to successfully coordinate and implement projects.
Monitor project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and manage dependencies for efficient execution.
Anticipate and address potential roadblocks, implement risk mitigation strategies, and maintain project momentum.
Track project progress, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery, addressing any deviations from the plan.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including cross-functional teams, clients, vendors, and senior executives, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Promote continuous process improvements, best practices, and a culture of learning to enhance project management effectiveness.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to strategic decision-making.The experience you'll bring:

Proven experience in launching new product development projects
Expertise in end-to-end NPD project management, from concept creation to market introduction
A recognized project management qualification such as Prince2, APM, or PMICSM.
High proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
