Project Manager – Data Centres
South England – £70k – £75k + Car Allowance
Trevett Services are delighted to be partnering with a leading Technical Service Provider to make the key appointment of Project Manager for a portfolio of Data Centres across the South and South West of England.
Reporting to the Head of Projects, the Project Manager will responsible for managing inception to completion projects ranging in value from £500k - £4m.
Working across a number of Hyperscale Data Centres, the Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of M&E Installation Projects, Building Services Lifecycle Projects, and Minor Fabric Projects as well as managing external supply chain.
About You:
* You will have a proven track record of delivering M&E projects (essential)
* Experience of working in Data Centres or other such Critical Environments (essential)
* Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders (essential)
* Hold a valid SMSTS or CSCS card (essential)
* Be 1st Aid Trained (essential)
* Must have a full and valid UK driving license (essential)
***Experience of Microsoft packages, in particular, Excel, is essential
