Project Manager
About the Role
The Project Manager will report to the Programme Lead or Senior Project Manager and will be responsible for overseeing and managing their assigned scope of work.
Responsibilities:
Manage individual Service Packages and scopes of work according to agreed plans and deliverables.
Ensure that interdependencies and interfaces with other Service Packages, projects, stakeholders, and Authorities are appropriately addressed.
Represent or deputize for the Programme Lead or Senior Project Manager as needed.
Coordinate and manage workshops.
Monitor and report progress against scheduled activities.
Proactively manage changes, risks, issues, opportunities, and dependencies.
Process and expedite document deliverables.
Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard reports and metrics.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a project delivery role within technology or delivery-based programs.
Ability to apply user requirements and program objectives to projects, drive business cases, and manage customer objectives.
Experience in project management, project controls, and contract management.
Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of project management, including risk management, change management, and mitigation techniques.
Proficient in schedule management and techniques to manage interdependencies proactively.
Experience in managing projects through their full lifecycle.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
