We have a unique opportunity with a prestigious client seeking a Project Manager (Sustainability) to lead a multi-million-pound programme aimed at achieving Net Zero emissions by 2030. This role involves overseeing multiple projects, engaging with high-level stakeholders, and leading Mechanical Engineering projects focused on decarbonisation, reducing water and energy use, and enhancing electric vehicle infrastructure in a live operational environment. Role Overview
* Project Management: Lead projects from design through to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, including board members, to ensure seamless project execution.
* Health & Safety: Maintain world-class health, safety, and environmental standards across all projects.
* Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
* Compliance: Guarantee all projects comply with legal and statutory requirements.
* Team Development: Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
Experience required:
* Project management in construction or infrastructure sectors with projects over £10 million.
* APM or PRINCE2 certification.
* Strong communication and multi-project management abilities.
