Are you an experienced Project Manager who’s passionate about project delivery and experienced in delivery strategic, integration and / or technology related projects. Are you confident in change-management, brilliant at stakeholder management and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment?
The PMO team at WorkNest is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate Project Manager to join our friendly and dynamic Project Management Team.
Why your role matters
Our business has made many acquisitions over the last 2 years and it’s the Project Manager role that will be key in delivering and implementing the many harmonisation projects to achieve the strategic aims of the business.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be responsible for mobilising, managing and leading project teams, potentially including external delivery partners, covering project planning, project estimating, risk/issue/dependency management, budget/financial management, change management and stakeholder management.
Using your strong business acumen, and excellent business analysis skills, you’ll quickly understand our business environments to confidently anticipate problems that may impact the delivery of our projects and quickly problem solve to exploit improvements.
Working with projects through the full lifecycle, you’ll define the scope, goals and requirements and deliverable and collaborate with your team and stakeholders to implement the project. You’ll define workstream leaders, report on dependencies and milestones and the critical path and potential risks, to be able to successful mitigate risks and implement contingencies is needed.
Where you’ll be working
This is a hybrid role (a minimum of two days per week in the Chester office, with the rest of the week remote). That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to effectively deliver the Project Management agenda, while also having some quieter time to
focus on your workload without distraction.
