This multi-faceted and fast-growing Construction Company typically carries out projects from £2m - £15m predominantly residential (new build and cut & carve refurb) and commercial.
They have a requirement for an experienced Project Manager to deliver a 4-storey existing office building refurbishment into a school, in Pimlico. This £10m contract comprises roof extension, structural alterations, new windows and classroom fit-out.

·Senior Construction Management background
·Programming
·Managing the Project Delivery Team
·Design Management
·Solid at building relationships with Subcontractors, Senior Management and Clients
·Thorough knowledge of Health & Safety
·Excellent communication, presentation and negotiating skills.
·Management of all reporting at a senior Level
In a nutshell:
·The company is looking for someone who has worked at Project Manager level (no1 on a while site rather than project managing sub-contract packages within a team), on projects from £5m - £10m, ideally with an involvement on high-end fit-out / finishes.
This role may also be known as Construction Manager & Project Manager.
