P&M Recruitment are working on behalf of a market‑leading MEP Building Services contractor is seeking an accomplished Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex mechanical and electrical projects across a diverse portfolio. Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of MEP projects, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget and specification. You will provide structured leadership, maintain strong stakeholder engagement, and uphold the company’s high standards of safety, quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage MEP projects from initiation through to handover
*
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, subcontractors and suppliers
*
Oversee project planning, scheduling, procurement and resource allocation
*
Ensure adherence to technical specifications, industry standards and regulatory requirements
*
Maintain effective communication with clients, providing regular progress reporting
*
Drive project performance, proactively resolving issues and mitigating risks
*
Champion health, safety and quality across all project activities
Candidate Requirements
*
Proven experience delivering MEP or Building Services projects
*
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
*
Demonstrable leadership and stakeholder management skills
*
Excellent organisational, communication and reporting capabilities
*
Ability to manage multiple workstreams within fast‑paced environments
*
A professional, solutions‑focused approach with strong commercial awareness
