Orbit Workforce Solutions is currently supporting a specialist contractor within the passive fire protection sector who is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee site-based delivery across multiple live projects.

Responsibilities

* Manage day to day site delivery of passive fire protection works

* Oversee firestopping, fire barriers and structural steel protection packages.

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and labour resources

* Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements.

* Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and project stakeholders.

* Maintain quality, safety and compliance standards.

* Support reporting and programme updates to senior management.

Working Hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm

Requirments

* SMSTS + Black CSCS Card

* Driving licence and vehicle

* Strong PM-level construction experience

* Proven passive fire protection site delivery experience

* Ideally CIOB membership or HNC/HND background
