Blue Water Recruitment are currently looking for a Project Manager in South Wales.
Key Responsibilites -
✔ Managing multiple small - value fit out projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered on time, within bigent, and to client specifications.
✔ Overseeing project costs and budgets usining Quantity Surveying experience to control expenditure, track variations, and maximise profitability.
✔ Coordinating subcontrators, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project delivery across multiple live sites.
✔ Managing procurement of materials and sub contractors, ensuring cost - effective purchasing and timely deliveries.
Key Requirements -
✔ SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
✔ Must have fit out experience
