Project Manager Contract - Paying up to £440 Per Day, Inside IR35, Based in Bristol, Hybrid Working, To Start ASAP
Your new role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a range of business transformation and change initiatives within a large, complex organisation. You will be responsible for delivering projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring objectives are achieved on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, business cases, and delivery documentation
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities
Track progress against milestones and provide regular status reporting
Coordinate project governance activities and support key decision-making forums
Work closely with business change, analysis, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
Develop stakeholder engagement and communication plans
Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks
Facilitate collaboration across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience delivering medium to large-scale projects, including digital and business transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in complex environments with changing priorities
Demonstrable experience managing project governance, reporting, RAID logs, and delivery plans
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward at pace
PRINCE2, APM, PMP or equivalent project management accreditation preferred
