Description:

Project Manager – Exhibitions & Live Events

The Role:

We're recruiting a Project Manager on behalf of a well-established business specialising in large format graphics, branded environments and live event production. Based primarily from their St Neots office, this is a permanent, full-time position offering a salary of £40,000 – £50,000 depending on experience — with occasional on-site work supporting live projects and installations.

This is a role for someone who genuinely thrives in the exhibitions and live events world. Tight deadlines, last-minute changes and multiple moving parts are the norm here, not the exception. You'll manage projects from initial brief through to completion, working closely with internal teams, suppliers and installers to ensure everything is planned properly and delivered to a high standard. If you know your framing systems, understand print production and can keep clients confident and projects on track when the pressure is on, this is a role worth a closer look.

Main Responsibilities:

* Managing the delivery of exhibition stands, venue takeovers and branded event environments from brief through to completion

* Working closely with internal teams, suppliers and installers to plan and coordinate all stages of a project

* Using detailed knowledge of framing systems to manage build logistics, timelines and production requirements

* Ensuring print production and graphics integration with structures and builds is planned and executed correctly

* Managing multiple projects simultaneously, keeping timelines, budgets and client expectations under control

* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, communicating clearly and confidently throughout each project

* Supporting senior leadership across project delivery to ensure projects remain commercially and operationally on track

* Attending and supporting on-site installations and live events as required

Skills/Experience:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager within exhibitions, events, branded environments or large format production — essential

* Strong hands-on knowledge of framing systems such as TFS, BeMatrix or Aluvision — essential

* Solid understanding of print production and how graphics integrate with structures and exhibition builds

* Experience managing exhibition stands, venue takeovers and live event delivery

* Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently under pressure

* Excellent communicator with strong client-facing skills

* Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware

* Flexible and pragmatic — understands the realities of the events industry and the hours it can demand

Salary & Working Hours:

£40,000 – £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience. Full-time, permanent position. Primarily office-based in St Neots with occasional on-site attendance at live events and installations. Hours may vary around event schedules and project demands.

Benefits:

* Competitive salary of £40,000 – £50,000 DOE

* Primarily office-based role with exciting on-site project work

* Join a business with a strong reputation in the exhibitions and live events sector

* Work alongside an experienced team on high-profile, varied projects

* A role with real ownership and the opportunity to make a visible impact
