Freelance Fit Out Project Manager Required – Liverpool Street
I’m looking for an experienced Freelance Project Manager for a Tier 1 fit-out contractor on a £3m commercial refurbishment close to Liverpool Street.
The project:
* £3m fit-out/refurbishment
* Minor strip-out + refurbishment across 3 floors
* 2 x Cat B floors
* 1 x Cat A floor
* 16-week programme
* Live/occupied 10-storey building
* a Site Manager will be on the project , who will report to the appointed Project Manager
We need someone with a strong track record delivering fast-paced commercial office fit-outs in Central London, ideally with Tier 1/main contractor experience.
You’ll need to be comfortable taking overall responsibility for delivery, driving the programme and managing the site team, subcontractors and client interface.
