Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fit Out Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the fit-out process, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
- Monitor project progress and implement effective control measures to ensure project objectives are met.
Team Coordination:
- Lead and manage project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
- Foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among all stakeholders.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and health and safety regulations.
Client Relations:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to clients and senior management.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Qualifications:
- SMSTS/FIRST AID/CSCS
- Minimum of 4/5years of experience in project management, specifically in fit-out projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
