PROJECT MANAGER REQUIRED

I am currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a growing business with big ambitions and be part of delivering exceptional luxury residential projects across Greater London and the Home Counties.
Responsibilities:
· Oversee and manage high-end residential construction projects from inception to completion.
· Coordinate and liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
· Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with building regulations and health and safety standards.
· Provide effective leadership and direction to project teams, motivating them to achieve project goals and milestones.
· Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to prevent delays or budget overruns.
· Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, contracts, change orders, and relevant correspondence.
Requirements:
· Previous experience in project management within the luxury residential construction sector.
· Proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects on time and within budget.
· Strong understanding of construction methods, building regulations, and health and safety practices.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work effectively, accurately report of progress against the pre-defined programme, and delivery detailed monthly report on same.
· Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
