CXC are delighted to be partnering with a global leader in medical technology, services, and solutions to assist in their search of an experienced Project Manager for an 18 month contract! This role
This is a remote based role with requirements to travel to various company sites when needed (eligible to travel up to 20%).

A Day In The Life
The Project Manager will be responsible for:
* Developing a product and packaging transition detailed end to end execution plan for the EMEA region, but also by market and by channel, whilst working very closely with cross-functional teams
* Bringing to life an execution plan and a document repository which is easy to follow-up and act on, for all stakeholders
* Working on a day-to-day basis with cross functional teams and local markets to ensure that the project is on track
* Being an instrumental person for the EMEA product brand transition, working alongside the Brand Transition Manager and EMEA HQ Marketing Leader
Some of the key responsibilities and tasks include:
Effective project management of the product brand transition executional plan:
* Define best set of approaches, practices, and methodologies to ensure effective project management, implementation, and monitoring
* Identify the right platform and develop an integrated end-to-end product brand and packaging transition execution plan for EMEA and for other markets which includes identification of each task required by functions (sales, marketing, supply chain, regulatory, market access, R&D, commercial operations, and graphic teams – global/region/cluster/local), defining interdependencies between the tasks/timelines and build a format easy to understand, follow and act on
Work closely with local markets:
* Work closely with local markets to ensure that all requirements are captured and tracked. This includes communicating the transition plan, providing training and support if needed and follow-up on the project status and raise timely if any concern knowledge/resource gap or delay is identified.
* Standardise best practices across the countries and region and apply it broadly when there is a fit
Collaborate with cross-functional teams:
* Work with cross-functional team to determine key requirements and timelines
* Translate these requirements into local requirements and plan to secure country readiness. This includes demand planning, inventory management, SKU transition, Regulatory and market access requirements
* Work with other Regional and Global Project Management resources to ensure initiatives are in line with and support regional requirements.
Monitor the progress:
* Be accountable for the successful and on time execution of country plans
* Organise periodic follow-ups with each stakeholder - cross-functional and cross regional, share progress periodically with the broader project team, raise any concern/delay or gap and involve right stakeholder in time
Experience and Qualifications:
* PMP certification or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years project management experience with demonstrated success preferably on product pre- launch activities
* Experienced in change management
* Degree required - MBA, medical or scientific graduate degree preferred
* Business acumen and analytical thinking
* Strong presentation and communication skills.
* Cross-functional leadership experience
* Fluent in English (Additional languages are considered as an advantage)
* Ability to work with all levels including executives/leadership level
* Ability to work cross functionally and across multiple functions
* Results-oriented, with proven ability to multi-task and the capability to manage and drive the completion of specific project goals and objectives
* Ability to influence without authority and use negotiation skills to create a win-win strategy
* Proactive in surfacing risks/issues and engages project team and stakeholder community to resolve issues and define risk mitigations as well as develop resolution options for escalation to project sponsors and management.
* Hungry mindset and learning agility
* Consulting experience within in the pharmaceutical, medical device or life science industry is a plus
* Degree required - MBA, medical or scientific graduate degree preferred
* Pharmaceutical, medical device marketing experience preferred
