The client is a leading provider of conveyor systems and automation solutions, dedicated to delivering innovative and high-quality products to clients across various industries. They are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of multiple small projects currently. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a portfolio of 20- 30 small projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and installation, to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or queries throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct regular project reviews and performance assessments to evaluate project success and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, or related field/Engineering Qualifications
Proven experience in project or programme management, preferably in the engineering or automation industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities. How to apply:
