Project Manager / Engineer, Newbury:
Take full ownership of new product projects from prototype to mass production
Extensive communication of progress, problems, solutions, timescales, finances with all stakeholders & customers
Control project timelines, budgets, and technical delivery
Coordinate with production, sales, and customer stakeholders
Develop manufacturing processes and production documentation
Ensure all procedures meet quality, safety, and traceability standards
Identify risks early and resolve technical or delivery challenges
Support material procurement and cost control activities
Drive improvements in efficiency and manufacturing performance
Profile
Project Manager /Engineer, Newbury:
Excellent communicator who can influence across teams and customers
Experience in a Project Manager or similar role within manufacturing
Background supporting products from development into production
Understanding of both low and high-volume manufacturing environments
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution
Comfortable working without direct reports but influencing widely
Engineering degree, HND, or equivalent hands-on experience
Practical, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
