Project Manager – Glasgow
£70,000–£75,000 + Bonus + Pension + Mileage Allowance
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a reputable construction business based in Glasgow.
Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take responsibility for the delivery of a live construction project, ensuring it is completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
This is a hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, clients, and senior management.
Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for project delivery.
Managing programme, budget, quality, and health & safety performance.
Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintaining effective communication with clients and key stakeholders.
Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
Providing regular project updates to the Construction Director.
Ensuring all works are delivered in line with company and industry standards.
Requirements
Previous experience working as a Project Manager within the construction sector.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project demands.
Good commercial awareness and programme management experience.
A proactive and professional approach to project delivery.

Salary of £70,000–£75,000.
