Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in luxury residential construction?
We are recruiting for a talented construction professional to take the lead on a substantial bespoke residential development in Basingstoke. This impressive project will deliver a large, individually designed luxury home built to an exceptional standard, requiring meticulous attention to detail and first-class project management skills.
Working as the No.1 on site, you will have full responsibility for coordinating construction activities, managing subcontractors, overseeing programme delivery and maintaining excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

The Role
* Lead the delivery of a luxury bespoke residential project from start to finish
* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
* Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards
* Act as the primary client contact throughout the build process
* Monitor programme performance and drive project progress
* Manage project costs, reporting and site administration
* Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders
* Ensure exceptional levels of finish and customer satisfaction
About You
* Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering high-end residential projects
* Strong background in bespoke luxury homes, premium residential developments or similar high-quality construction projects
* Excellent client management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
* Commercially aware with excellent planning and organisational skills
