Description:
The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion of complex commercial and strategic projects.
What You Will Do
* Develop comprehensive project plans leading project teams to define scope, timelines, budgets, and resource needs.
* Develop, lead, motivate, and manage high performance project teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
* Proactively identify and mitigate project and product risks, developing mitigation plans as needed.
* Clearly communicate project status updates to all stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership.
* Monitor project progress and address issues promptly to keep projects on track.
* Manage project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
* Develop and implement effective project management methodologies.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Maintain compliance with corporate Quality Management System policies and procedures including any required SOPs, Work Instructions and Templates.
What You Will Bring
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in software project management roles.
* Proven track record of successfully delivering complex commercial Laboratory Information System (LIS or LIMS) deployment projects on time and within budget.
* Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic industry experience preferred.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* The ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
* Deep sense of accountability for all aspects of a project and the tenaciousness to drive tasks to their completion.
* Exceptional attention to detail, time management, organizational and decision-making skills
* Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Aha, Azure DevOps, Digital Whiteboards).
* A bachelor's degree in the Sciences, Engineering or equivalent industry experience
