As they continue to expand their portfolio, they are seeking a Project Manager to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
* Responsible to oversee and co-ordinate all technical activities across a few projects.
* Responsible for programme completion – monitoring progress against programme, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the design quality in line with contract, ER’s and CP’s.
* Ensuring teams are maintaining high standards of Health and Safety on site in accordance with the company’s H&S policy and Construction Phase Plan.
* Line Management to site managers managing your projects, overseeing site activities, and assisting with site specific problems or queries.
* Cost Management – to manage the project within budget, always safeguarding the company’s financial position.
* Quality Control – maintaining high standards of quality on each project.
* Client Satisfaction – to develop and maintain good working relationships with design team, client and supply chain.
Skills / Knowledge / Experience:
* Experience and knowledge delivering Fit-out, Refurbishment, and New-build projects.
* Full understanding of the pre-construction process.
* Can organise and manage the design phase of a project.
* Able to demonstrate experience dealing with demanding clients and client’s consultants.
* Good communication both verbal and written.
* Relevant CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Qualifications.
* Full UK Driving License.
