Are you an experienced Construction Project Manager looking for a varied role where you'll take ownership of projects from initial survey through to completion?
You'll be managing a busy portfolio of live projects, coordinating Surveyors, Site Foremen, trades and subcontractors while keeping a close eye on timescales, costs, quality and customer expectations.
No two days will be quite the same, you could be resolving an issue on site, reviewing costs and variations, coordinating materials or making sure the next phase of a project is ready to go.

What you'll be doing
Managing a busy portfolio of construction projects from initial survey through to successful completion
Planning and coordinating Surveyors, trades, subcontractors, labour, materials and project schedules
Monitoring progress across multiple live jobs, carrying out site audits and stepping in to resolve problems or snagging
Reviewing scopes of work, managing variations and keeping a close eye on project costs, WIP and profitability
Ensuring health & safety, CDM, risk assessments, quality and wider compliance requirements are consistently met
Maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams, resolving queries or complaints and keeping project records accurate
What we're looking for
Proven Project Management experience within construction, construction industry experience is essential
Experience coordinating multiple projects, trades and contractors simultaneously
Strong commercial awareness with an understanding of costs, variations and project profitability
Good working knowledge of health & safety, CDM and construction compliance
Confident IT skills with the ability to manage project information and keep accurate records
A strong communicator and people manager who can solve problems, manage customers and keep projects moving
This is a varied role combining project management, commercial responsibility, people management and site involvement, so you'll need to be comfortable managing a busy workload and taking ownership when challenges arise.
