Senior Project Manager / Project Lead | Surrey / West London / North London
I’m currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Project Manager / Project Lead to join an extremely fast-growing main contractor with a strong pipeline of work across Surrey, West London and North London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking for greater autonomy, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact within a business that is firmly on an upward trajectory.
The ideal background:

Strong Tier 1 main contractor experience is essential
*
Candidates should have demonstrated long-term tenure with Tier 1 contractors — this is not a role suited to someone who has moved frequently between businesses
*
Proven experience delivering commercial / private-sector projects
*
Ideally a background across commercial buildings, industrial sheds, data centres, healthcare or similar sectors
*
Strong project delivery experience from pre-construction through to completion
*
Pre-construction experience is desirable but not essential
*
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
*
Strong character with the confidence to take ownership, lead teams and make decisions
*
Commercially aware with strong leadership and communication skills
*
Comfortable working with a high level of autonomy rather than being micromanaged
High-rise RC frame residential Project Leads will not be considered for this position.
