Managing projects from sale to handover, with values ranging from £100K to £3M.
Handling projects UK-wide with the support of an experienced contracts team.
Acting as the primary client contact, directly controlling site works and subcontract teams.
Negotiating and managing the supply chain. What you need to apply for the project manager job
Experience as a project engineer or project manager.
Experience in managing on-site project teams.
Budget control experience.
Full UK driver's license for regular travel to client sites across the UK.Your package
A salary of £35,000 - £55,000, highly dependent on experience, a bonus of up to 10%, a company car, 25 days holiday plus the bank holidays, a volunteering day, and a 4% company pension contribution.
