Project Manager

Dartford

£c55,000* (dependant on experience) + Profit related Company Bonus paid twice within a year.

Office Hours - 9-530pm || Monday - Friday.

Our client is expanding their team, looking for a dynamic Project Manager in the Fire Smoke Construction industry, they are seeking a skilled individual who is passionate about delivering Smoke Ventilation and Fire Alarm Systems projects.

As the Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with clients and senior management, ensuring successful project delivery according to specifications, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:

Manage and deliver projects, meeting specifications and staying within budget.
Foster strong relationships with clients to enhance project delivery and secure future opportunities.
Maintain compliance with technical requirements, regulations, and health and safety standards by providing method statements, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation.
Oversee installation work, ensuring quality and performance from operatives or subcontractors.
Safeguard contractual and commercial relationships with clients and suppliers, acting as an advocate for our client's interests.
Handle financial aspects of each project, including procurement, invoicing, and debt collection support.
Adhere to established processes and accurately report project status.
Conduct final reviews post-commissioning to ensure compliance with specifications.
Prepare and issue O&M information and certification in a timely manner for installed systems.
Always represent the best interests of our client.Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role or as a Project Manager.
A team player willing to go the extra mile for clients and colleagues.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects.
Strong time management and organisational skills.
Must possess a valid UK driving licence.Benefits:
