Act as a key point of contact for DNOs, IDNOs and client technical teams
Build and maintain strong working relationships across engineering, procurement and construction teams
Support client meetings, technical discussions and project coordination activities
Coordinate design, procurement and delivery activities to ensure projects are properly prepared for construction
Identify programme, cost and procurement risks and support effective project planning
Ensure project activities comply with relevant technical standards, specifications, legislation and company procedures
Promote high standards of health and safety across all project activities

Proven experience delivering HV electrical infrastructure projects across 11kV-132kV and above
Strong understanding of DNO and IDNO design approval processes
Experience coordinating design, procurement and project delivery activities
Background in utilities, power or major infrastructure projects
Experience working on live projects, rather than solely within a design environment
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple technical and delivery teams
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Commercial awareness, including programme management, cost considerations and procurement risks
A proactive approach to problem-solving and resolving issues that could affect project delivery
An electrical engineering qualification, such as a degree, HNC or equivalent, would be advantageous
Experience working with ICPs, DNOs or Tier 1 contractors would be beneficial
Exposure to data centre projects or large industrial connections would be advantageous
Experience supporting projects through the full lifecycle, from concept through to commissioning, would be beneficialThis is an opportunity to take ownership of live HV infrastructure projects, working at the interface between design and delivery across complex power and utility programmes. The role would suit an experienced HV Project Manager, a Senior Engineer moving into project management or a Design Engineer with strong practical delivery experience
