CXC is delighted to be partnering with a world leader in surgical digital technology, we are seeking a highly organised and experienced Project Manager with a strong focus on delivery, capable of handling multiple complex projects simultaneously, and adept at engaging stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes in a high-tech, regulated environment.
As a Contract Project Manager you will collaborate with developers, designers, testers, and product owners to advance surgical technology development and delivery. You will manage multiple complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
You will:
* Lead cross-functional teams for new product development and lifecycle management.
* Manage operational aspects of projects, serving as a liaison between functional and business management.
* Oversee project schedules, budgets, resources, and quality.
* Monitor project progress from initiation through delivery.
* Identify and address project risks and issues to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals.
* Develop mechanisms for tracking project progress and resolving issues.
* Support requirements planning and management to meet stakeholder demands.
* Engage with stakeholders to ensure project outcomes solve business problems.
You have:
* Strong end-to-end project management experience in hardware and/or software development.
* Proficiency with various project management methodologies (sequential/waterfall, Scrum, Agile).
* Experience leading diverse and complex projects and programs.
* Strong written and oral communication skills
