Project Manager – Cladding Remediation
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Permanent
I’m working with a construction contractor who is looking to bring an experienced Project Manager into their team to oversee a range of cladding remediation schemes across Manchester.
The projects will cover a mixture of high-rise, mid-rise and low-rise residential buildings. Previous experience delivering cladding remediation projects is essential for this role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required standard.
The Role:

Manage cladding remediation projects across a range of residential buildings.
*
Oversee projects from pre-construction through to delivery and handover.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, consultants and clients.
*
Manage programme, quality, health and safety and commercial performance.
*
Ensure projects meet relevant building regulations and compliance requirements.
*
Work closely with the wider team on Gateway 2 submissions and approvals where required.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience delivering cladding remediation projects is essential.
*
Experience working across high-rise, mid-rise and/or low-rise residential buildings.
*
Strong understanding of project planning, programme management and subcontractor coordination.
*
Pre-construction experience is highly desirable.
*
Gateway 2 / Building Safety Regulator experience would be a significant advantage.
