The Project Manager job role itself, which is a varied role splitting time between client sites in greater London, central London HQ, plus remote/hybrid working from home #WFH.
Develop & manage work programmes
Coordinating prelims and attendance
Supplier work package/budget management
Client management & meetings
Health & safety, quality, variations
Weekly reporting Regime & Risk Management
A typical work package would be a traditional Multi-Million construction fit-out. Primarily office interiors fit out, including, Electrical, Lighting, Partitions, Ceilings, HVAC etc.
However, the difference is in the quality of the product/refurb which is high-end urban-chic!
You will have
To be successful as the Project Manager you will be an upwardly-mobile PM with some background in Construction Management and a healthy mix of the following:
Fit Out contractor experience ideally for specialist D&B Fit Out
OR client-side PM experience e.g. with Developer/Consultancy
Construction project management experience, ideally CAT B Fit Out
Full cycle Project Management skills, Design Support, Subcontractor Management, Contract Administration, Budget Management and Programme Delivery.
A bachelor’s degree in construction management/similar is preferred.
A good working knowledge of the H&S & CDM regulations is required.
You will have Site Awareness, ideally on projects between £100k -£10M+
