Project Manager- Construction or Refurbishment
Location: Plymouth
Salary: £45000 + Car allowance
Mainstays are proud to represent a leading facilities service provider that is currently seeking a Project Manager. The successfully candidate will have end to end experience driving projects from inception to completion and will ideally have worked construction or refurbishment projects.
As you a Project manager you will be joining an organsation, that places quality and excellence at the forefront of everything and, ensure that they provide a fantastic service, for their clients.
Your key responsibilities will include:
The day to day management of the delivery of Projects include Subcontractor management
Planning, supporting and managing the delivery of reports, programmes & progress updates
Work on various projects from fit out and refurbishments to M&E upgrades between £25k - £3 million
Ensure site safety and health and safety and environmental managementThe successful Project Manager will have:
Evidence of supply chain and customer management
H&S management and Performance management
As the project manager you will have experience within construction or refurb projects
Membership within accredited professional body
HNC/D level qualification in building/Civil engineering
Must Hold a Full UK be driving License
Holding an SMSTS is desirable
