Project Manager

We’re working with a specialist contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to join an established team on £10m project in Somerset. The business are working on projects up to £250m+ in the South West, taking on large scale projects as a principal contractor and delivering specialist work as a subcontractor where they can.
The scope of works on this project includes large earth bunds, culverts and minor civils which will run to the end of the year.
The role is suited to an established Senior Agent or Project Manager who has worked NEC contracts and knows their way around MS Projects.
Key duties:
* Liaising with the client and site team to update the programme
* Input change and compensation events into the programme
* Manage site team to ensure works are carried out to programme and safely
* Support client with design input when required
* Ensuring contractual compliance with technical specifications
* Support commercial team with reporting and project cost management
