An opportunity has come available for a Project manager to work on behalf of a prestigious consultancy delivering a refurbishment project in East London.
To be considered for this role you will need to come from a construction background with a proven track record delivering multi-discipline projects from start to finish, managing refurbishment schemes with structural alternations and M&E packages
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage all packages delivered by your team.
Oversee refurbishment projects form inception to completion within deadlines.
Review and deliver construction refurbishment schemes with clear timescales.
Oversee full delivery of structural alterations and M&E.
Essential Requirements:
Experience leading the delivery of construction refurbishment schemes.
