PROJECT MANAGER
SALARY FROM £40,833 - £42,840
We are working with one of the capitals most vibrant and diverse London Boroughs, that is home to over 360,000 residents and approximately 14,000 businesses. Located just 11 miles south of Central London, the borough boasts exceptional transport links, with London Victoria, London Bridge, and the City all within a 16-minute rail journey.
THE ROLE:
Are you ready to be part of some of the most exciting Town Centre regeneration projects in the borough? We are looking for a dynamic and organised Governance Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of robust governance structures for the councils ambitious town centre regeneration programme.
Key elements of the role include:
Ensuring Project Controls and Governance: You will manage and maintain a comprehensive programme governance structure, supporting the team with essential tools and processes to ensure compliance and audit requirements are met and embedded in the programme.
Project Tracking and Reporting: Draft communication and programme plans with key deliverables, conduct financial analysis, and report on programme resources and progress.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in managing project governance across multiple programmes and projects. Whilst local government experience is desirable, we welcome applications from Project Managers with relevant experience in similar complex environments.
WHAT'S ON OFFER:
A salary between £40,833 - £42,840
