Description:
One of our local authority clients are currently recruiting for a Project Manager. This is a temporary contract for 3 months with possible further extension based on budget and performance.
Main Purpose of Post/Job Summary
The successful post holder will have experience of managing complex cases cutting across housing, social care, mental health and NHS services, voluntary sector to deliver good outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities
* To ensure a relational and problem-solving approach thinking outside the box to reach a good solution for the individuals or family.
* To use casework to identify systematic changes and oversee delivery working with the relevant teams.
* To troubleshoot particular areas as directed by the Director of Housing and report back on the issues and resolution and deliver these with teams. This can extend from allocations to any aspect housing management, temporary accommodation and ways of working.
* To undertake projects as directed by the Director.
* To support the director etc.
