Project Manager – Industrial & Logistics

Warrington | Permanent | Up to £95,000 + Package

We’re working with a Tier 1 contractor who are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a £42m industrial & logistics scheme in Warrington.

This is a fast-paced project and a great opportunity for a PM who has already delivered large-scale industrial & logistics projects and is looking for their next challenge with a major contractor.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the project, working closely with the Senior Project Manager, Commercial team, Design team and site delivery team.

You’ll be involved across:

* Managing the project from pre-construction through to completion

* Programme, sequencing and delivery

* Managing subcontractors and supply chain

* Design coordination and buildability

* Commercial awareness and cost control

* Client and stakeholder management

* Health & safety and quality

* Progress reporting and project meetings

* Managing risk, change and project issues

About You

We're specifically looking for someone with:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager

* Previous experience delivering industrial & logistics projects

* Experience working on large-scale projects, ideally £30m+

* Strong knowledge of construction delivery, programme and subcontractor management

* Excellent client and stakeholder management skills

* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project forward

This is a genuine I&L requirement, so previous industrial/logistics experience is essential.
