The Company

This well-established Main Contractor delivers high-quality refurbishment and fit out projects across Central London.

Projects typically range from £500k to £5m and include:

* Commercial Refurbishment

* CAT A & CAT B Projects

* Heritage Refurbishment

* High-End Internal Refurbishment

* High-End residential Refurbishment

The business has grown sustainably over many years and is recognised for its collaborative culture and long-term staff retention.

The Role

You'll take ownership of refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to completion.

This is a hands-on Project Manager position combining office, home and site-based working.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing refurbishment projects up to £5m

• Producing and managing project programmes

• Coordinating subcontractors

• Site visits across Central London

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings

• Managing project budgets and programmes

• Maintaining excellent client relationships

• Solving site issues quickly and effectively

• Working closely with Contracts Managers and Senior Management

• Delivering projects safely, on time and within budget

About You

You'll ideally have:

✔ 10-25 years' construction experience

✔ Experience working for a Main Contractor

✔ Strong refurbishment or fit out experience

✔ Excellent communication skills

✔ Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and clients

✔ Strong programming and planning skills

✔ Construction-related qualification (preferred)
