At Stannah, we are pursuing an exciting program of transformation and growth, and are searching for a highly-skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic and expanding team.

This is a great project management job where you will coordinate people and processes to ensure that our transformation project is delivered on time and produces the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving the project’s organisation and timeline.

The ideal person for this project management job will have experience with project management, preferably in the fields of business transformation or engineering for technical project managers. We are looking for an individual who can be flexible and reactive within an evolving business. As project manager, you will be expected to prepare and present project updates to appropriate management channels on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved.

We are looking for an experienced project manager who has proven success working in similar PM jobs, influencing cross functional teams. A background in manufacturing would be an advantage however this is not essential. To be successful in the project manager role you will be able to demonstrate self drive, with the ability to build strong working relationships remotely and in person. We are implementing IFS as a core ERP, if you have worked in project manager jobs for IFS implementations this will be an advantage.

The role is based in the office in Andover, with the flexibility to work from home on some of the days, based on the business requirements. The role is fixed term for 2 years, to support the IFS implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.

Ensure project is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders

Ensure technical feasibility, liasing with the IFS implementation team

Ensure resource availability and allocation

Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs

Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

Professional project management certificatione.g. PMP/APM/PRINCE II or relevant industry experience

Previous success in project management
