We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in preconstruction and design management. The ideal candidate will oversee the design phase of construction projects, ensuring all design objectives align with project goals, client requirements, and budget constraints. This role requires excellent coordination with architects, engineers, clients, and contractors to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Preconstruction Planning:

* Lead the preconstruction phase, including initial project assessment, feasibility studies, and cost estimations.

* Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, budget, and schedule.

* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

Design Management:

* Oversee the entire design process, ensuring designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements.

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to develop the project.

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in project management, specifically in preconstruction and design management.

* Strong understanding of construction processes, regulations, and industry standards.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to lead and motivate a team.

* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
