Project Manager – Fit Out
Location: Mayfair, London (3 Days Per Week On Site)
Rate: £400–£450 per day
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering a high-quality fit-out project in the heart of Mayfair.
This contract role is ideal for a Project Manager with a strong background in commercial fit-out who is confident managing projects from planning through to completion. You'll work closely with the client, consultants and site teams to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day delivery of a fit-out project from inception to completion.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure programme milestones are achieved.
*
Monitor project progress, budgets and quality standards.
*
Chair project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders.
*
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
*
Identify and resolve project risks and technical issues as they arise.
About You
The successful candidate will have proven experience delivering high-end commercial fit-out projects and be confident managing multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You'll have excellent organisational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering fit-out projects.
*
Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
*
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications are desirable.
*
Ability to work on site in Mayfair three days per week.
