Description:
Our client is a fast growing main contractor which is renowned for delivering commercial office fit outs within the CAT A & B sectors across London.
We are assisting them in their search for a Project Manager to join a team on a £7m CAT B commercial office fit-out across two floors. It's based in Kings Cross.
The successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the commercial CAT B office space. You must ensure health and safety compliance as well as coordinating subcontractors and trades and maintaining programme and quality standards.
To be considered for this role you must hold a valid CSCS card, SMSTS and a First Aid qualification, whilst also having previous experience delivering £3m - £15m commercial office fit-out projects for a main contractor.
