Description:
Our client is an interiors contractor specializing in high-quality shopfitting and fitout projects. They're dedicated to transforming spaces into exceptional environments for their clients in the retail and commercial sectors.
They're seeking a Project Manager with a background in shopfitting or fitout to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of our projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and oversee shopfitting and fitout projects from inception to completion.
* Responsible for producing feasibility costs, tender returns, sub-contractor procurement, project cost reporting and final accounts
* Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
* Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel.
* Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
* Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
* Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
* Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management with experience in Retail, Leisure or Interior Fitout
* Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
