Project Manager
The Role:
This Project Manager’s role is with an up and coming Main Contractor primarily working in the retail / shop fit sector. They are going from strength to strength and are working with a number of the leading retailers on a national basis. Projects are in the £200k - £500k range and are generally fast track.
The Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of manage multiple schemes at any one and your role will include
* Manage resources for the execution of projects
* Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
* Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
* Develop project plans to monitor and track progress
* Track and measure project performance
* Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
* Perform risk management to minimize project risks
* Procurement of consultant and sub-contractor appointments including scope of services
* Ability to manage designers and consultants to ensure design deliverables are issued.
* Close Out projects
