Wipro is looking for an Appian Technical Lead role working in the Wipro Enterprise Futuring vertical this role requires good experience of Architecting and implementing Appian as part of a service-oriented architecture for managing dynamic business process. You will need to be proficient with the complete Appian implementation cycle, including business process modeling, tool installation, development, testing, and deployment.

 Design, implement, and manage comprehensive financial strategies for projects aligning with company objectives.
     Coordinate and administer financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and cash flow management specific to project goals.
     Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring alignment with financial strategies.
     Monitor progress and changes, keeping senior leadership abreast of the organization's financial status and project outcomes.
     Actively track project performance with the use of KPIs, interpreting the results, and making recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
     Conduct detailed risk analysis, valuation, and assessment to manage financial risks effectively.
     Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization, ensuring adherence to legal guidelines and internal controls.
     Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to negotiate terms and improve financial transparency.
     Manage project operations including billing, financial reporting, and compliance, ensuring project deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.
     Offer expert financial guidance and advice on strategic decisions and operational challenges.
     Utilize state-of-the-art financial software to streamline financial reporting and decision-making processes.
     Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis to present to senior management or the board of directors.
     Real estate sector experience is desirable, offering an added advantage in terms of industry-specific financial management and strategy planning. Qualifications:
     Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
     Proven experience in financial/project management, with a track record of successful project delivery.
     Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analyses.
     Exceptional knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
     Proficiency with financial software and MS Office; familiarity with project management software is a plus.
     Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with the aptitude to present and explain financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
     Deep understanding of UK financial regulations and reporting requirements.       •     Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
