Description:
My client specialise in new build residential projects including flats and houses, they have a large order book for 2024. The majority of their projects are based inside the M25.
I am looking for a Project Manager to control the build of 16 flats with a 4 storey RC Frame. The project is enabling works and needs an on-site Project Manager to lead the build from start to finish. Experience taking projects from cradle to crave is important for this position.
The role is to start immediately with an interview first, it will keep you busy until Spring 2025.
