Description:
Sphere Solutions are looking to recruit a Project Manager to work with a large and well established main contractor, initially on a £40 million refurbishment scheme near Aberystwyth on behalf of a key client.
Reporting to the Senior/Lead PM on the project, you will play a very key part in the overall delivery of the scheme including the management of Site Managers, health and safety, programming and quality issues.
Candidates will have come from a solid and consistent Site or Project Management background and notably will have good refurbishment project experience. Candidates will either live within commutable distance of Aberystwyth, or be able to lodge away during the week.
This is a 2 year project and a very high profile scheme in the area. The client can offer excellent long term career prospects working for a business that has an excellent reputation.
