Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to spearhead initiatives.. Working closely with community groups, and partner organisations, you will lead impactful projects that make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee projects focused on improving services
Collaborate closely with community stakeholders to gather valuable insights and feedback.
Develop and implement innovative solutions in partnership with internal teams and external organisations.
Monitor project progress, ensure adherence to timelines and budgets, and report on key performance metrics.
Facilitate effective communication and engagement between stakeholders, fostering a culture of collaboration and transparency.Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, ideally within community development.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational abilities, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
A proactive and results-driven approach, coupled with a genuine passion for community development and empowerment.Salary: £50,000 per annum (FTC for 9 months)
