Project Manager - Commercial Fit Out (D&B)

Location: London & South East
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 + Package

The Opportunity

Our client is a growing commercial fit out and refurbishment contractor delivering CAT A, CAT B and workplace projects across London and the South East.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager capable of taking full ownership of projects from pre-construction handover through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record delivering commercial interiors projects and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced Design & Build environment.

Responsibilities

Full project ownership from inception to completion.
Manage commercial office fit out and refurbishment projects.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Manage procurement, programmes and subcontractors.
Chair project meetings and provide client updates.
Drive programme, quality and commercial performance.
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
Coordinate internal design and delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

Proven Project Manager within commercial fit out and interiors.
Experience delivering projects independently.
Strong Design & Build background.
Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially aware with good financial understanding.
Able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Stable career history demonstrating progression and successful delivery.
