The Role

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a £10m CAT B commercial office fit out in Central London.

Working closely with the team, you will lead the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring the scheme is delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a £10m CAT B commercial fit out from inception through to completion.

Develop and manage project programmes, budgets and resource plans.

Coordinate Site Managers, subcontractors, consultants and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Maintain excellent client relationships, chair progress meetings and provide regular updates on programme, cost and risk.

Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, contractual obligations and statutory requirements.

Identify and mitigate project risks while managing change control and commercial implications.

Drive quality throughout the build process and ensure successful project handover.
